Episodes
Toastcaster is a communication and leadership learning lab — a place where ideas are explored out loud.
Some episodes come From the Page, expanding on articles and written work. Others come From the Stage, capturing talks, presentations, and live conversations. You’ll also hear episodes From the Bookshelf, featuring authors and big ideas worth unpacking, and From Curiosity, where culture, technology, and everyday moments become lenses for better communication and leadership.
There’s no single format — just a shared intent: to explore how the way we communicate shapes how we lead, connect, and make sense of the world.

Toastcaster Demo
Thursday Jan 04, 2007
Thursday Jan 04, 2007
[08;44] Inaugural Demo Podcast with Mona Cooley, DTM, District 42 Governor. Mona's Theme for 2006-2007 is: "Lead with Purpose Communicate with Confidence" I thought that it would be appropriate that the first one, specific for D42 should feature none other than the Rockin and Rollin’ DG herself. :) The benefit of a podcast is that it is something that people can listen to. While we strive for face to face communication we can’t do it 24/7. And while text, manuals and e-mails can often do the job to relay information, it’s nice to have something that can bridge the gap between the written and the in person. It’s also something people can listen to while they are doing something else. For extended Toastcaster episodes, people can listen to it in their cars or iPods. ....And thus the Toastcast. Enjoy!
