It’s been 85 years and the organization has certainly come a long way, helping hundreds of thousands of people help improve their communication and leadership skills. Amazing what an individual can do in 10 minutes let alone 85 years. Mr. Smedley died Sep 11, 1965 at age 87.

Yes. Sad. I would have really like to have met him. Imagine sitting down with him and having a coffee? What stories he could tell?
