					<description>Thanks for creating the Craig Valentine podcast and sending out the email pointing it out.  I finally got around to listening to it and am glad that I did.
 
I really liked two of his points:
·       Don’t start the day by checking the news, your email, and phone messages

·       Set out three things that are proactive for each day at the beginning of the day.



Up until today, I started my day by doing all three of the items listed in the first bullet and didn’t do the second bullet.  That is changing as of now.</description>
