Posted by toastcaster greg on January 8th, 2008

ce-craig.jpg It’s this time of the year where we think about resolutions. Many of us break them by Jan 15th. Perhaps we may be motivated by looking at our future instead of just the next 12 months. I had an incredible conversation with 1999 World Champion Craig Valentine. Please sit back and enjoy this special presentation. (28:44)

How can I download these to my mp3 player?

  2. toastcaster greg Says:

Below the “Listen Now” buttons there is an option to download. Click on that option. When the big DOWNLOAD button shows up, right click and it should start to download.

  3. Calvin A Says:

Thanks for creating the Craig Valentine podcast and sending out the email pointing it out. I finally got around to listening to it and am glad that I did.

I really liked two of his points: · Don’t start the day by checking the news, your email, and phone messages

    · Set out three things that are proactive for each day at the beginning of the day.

Up until today, I started my day by doing all three of the items listed in the first bullet and didn’t do the second bullet. That is changing as of now.
